All content published on PedTalks Sports — including articles, video commentary, match analysis, scores, and graphics — is the intellectual property of PedTalks Sports unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our content but may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. PedTalks Sports reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Comments & Community
By posting a comment, you grant PedTalks Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and moderate your content. You agree not to post content that is abusive, hateful, defamatory, spam, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to remove any comment and to ban users who repeatedly violate community standards.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
PedTalks Sports provides sports news, scores, and commentary for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including live scores sourced from third-party providers. Content represents editorial opinion, not professional advice of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PedTalks Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. External Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites, including YouTube videos and external news sources. PedTalks Sports is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory.
